To whom it may concern
I am delighted to provide this reference for Omea whom I have known all her life, both as a family friend and more recently as her Geography teacher at Central Southland College. It is always a pleasure and a privilege to be asked to endorse one of our finest young people, especially when it is someone of the calibre of Omea.
On a pragmatic level, Omea is punctual, reliable, honest and endowed with a great deal of common sense.  She is utterly trustworthy, hard-working, has an admirable set of personal ethics and values and a deeply entrenched sense of citizenship.  She is forthright and has the courage of her convictions, speaking her mind openly and honestly.  Aside from all of this and, more importantly, Omea has integrity. She is compassionate, fun-loving, interested and empathetic – qualities which have endeared her to others. She has strong communication skills and puts these to great use interacting with all those she encounters, her openness invites conversation and people are naturally drawn to her.
Academically, Omea is focused and driven.  She works assiduously to achieve the goals she sets for herself and actively seeks advice and guidance when needed.  Her work is original and perceptive; she often challenges herself to think well outside the box and exhibits a love of learning.  These are qualities that will stand her in good stead in any working environment.
For all this, Omea is humble and unassuming: she does far more and has much greater impact on people than she would ever acknowledge.  Her work ethic is admirable and if you wanted something done, you would ask Omea to do it.  Her modesty and determination to achieve the goals she sets for herself, and for the good of others, would make her an invaluable asset to any team.
Omea is an exceptionally personable and likeable young woman; I unreservedly give her my highest recommendation and am supremely confident she will be an invaluable employee.
